Wenn der Agent keiner angegebenen Gruppe angeh\u00f6rt oder eine andere Rolle hat, sieht er die Anwendung in der Zendesk-Instanz nicht. Daher wird diese Einstellung verwendet, um das Abonnement zu verwalten (den Preis je nach Anzahl der bezahlten Agenten anzupassen) und festzulegen, wer sich in der App anmelden darf.<\/p>\r\n
