La primera te permite establecer configuraciones en el <strong>Centro de administraci\u00f3n de Zendesk<\/strong>. Este m\u00e9todo te permite restringir el uso de la aplicaci\u00f3n a determinados roles o grupos de agentes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sin embargo, con el segundo m\u00e9todo puedes segmentar el acceso de cada agente individualmente. Adem\u00e1s, puedes otorgar acceso completo a algunos de tus compa\u00f1eros. Veamos m\u00e1s detalles de cada m\u00e9todo.<\/p>\r\n<h2 id=\"restrict-access-from-zendesks-configuration-page\" class=\"anchor-link-kb\">Restringir el acceso desde la p\u00e1gina de configuraci\u00f3n de Zendesk<\/h2>\r\n<p>Los agentes deben activar la aplicaci\u00f3n desde su perfil para habilitar la app GDPR Compliance en Zendesk Support. Para ello, ve a <strong>Centro de administraci\u00f3n &gt; Aplicaciones e integraciones &gt; Aplicaciones &gt; Aplicaciones de Zendesk Support<\/strong>.
