Antes de iniciar el proceso de anonimizaci\u00f3n<\/a> en la aplicaci\u00f3n GDPR Compliance para Zendesk, es mejor ajustar primero las preferencias. Haz clic en el icono de engranaje > Preferencias del proceso > Anonimizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para acceder a la p\u00e1gina Gesti\u00f3n de preajustes de anonimizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, donde puedes crear nuevos preajustes, editar los creados o seleccionar tu preajuste predeterminado.<\/p>\r\n

    Preferencias de anonimizaci\u00f3n de tickets<\/h2>\r\n

    El bloque de Preferencias de anonimizaci\u00f3n de tickets<\/strong> consta de tres secciones: Preferencias generales<\/strong>, Preferencias de campos de ticket<\/strong> y Preferencias adicionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    Si necesitas eliminar comentarios de los tickets, simplemente selecciona Preferencias generales > Comentarios<\/strong>. Sin embargo, debes desmarcar Comentarios<\/strong> y marcar la casilla junto a la informaci\u00f3n sensible que deseas anonimizar, como el nombre del solicitante, todas las direcciones de correo electr\u00f3nico y los n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono. Lo mismo aplica para la anonimizaci\u00f3n del Asunto<\/strong>. Puedes eliminar completamente el asunto del ticket o seleccionar solo los datos personales sensibles.<\/p>\r\n

    Tambi\u00e9n selecciona Etiquetas<\/strong> si deseas anonimizar las etiquetas del ticket y agregar una etiqueta especial de anonimizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, con la aplicaci\u00f3n GDPR Compliance, puedes eliminar problemas resueltos o cerrados de los tickets de incidentes para anonimizar correctamente. La \u00faltima opci\u00f3n de Preferencias generales permite reemplazar al solicitante original por un nombre de usuario ficticio. As\u00ed, si tienes tickets antiguos con datos de un solicitante activo que necesitas eliminar, hay una forma de hacerlo.<\/p>\r\n

    Ten en cuenta<\/strong> que el proceso de anonimizaci\u00f3n eliminar\u00e1 todos los archivos adjuntos del ticket para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n completa de la informaci\u00f3n personal. Si tienes archivos importantes, vuelve a adjuntarlos despu\u00e9s de completar la anonimizaci\u00f3n del ticket.<\/div>\r\n

    Luego, para anonimizar informaci\u00f3n en los campos del sistema y campos personalizados de los tickets, ve a Preferencias de campos de ticket<\/strong> y selecciona los campos necesarios.     Este bloque tiene tres secciones en comparaci\u00f3n con el anterior. Las Preferencias generales<\/strong> permiten seleccionar elementos del perfil de los contactos, como Nombre, Organizaci\u00f3n, Notas, Detalles y Etiquetas.
