Los datos pueden procesarse en la aplicaci\u00f3n GDPR Compliance a partir de un archivo CSV. Esta elimina<\/a> o anonimiza<\/a> informaci\u00f3n importante de los usuarios en Zendesk extrayendo los datos de su archivo CSV.<\/p>\r\n

Importar un archivo CSV para eliminar o anonimizar datos<\/h2>\r\n

Primero, vaya a la p\u00e1gina Contact Views<\/strong> y haga clic en el bot\u00f3n Importar archivo CSV<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

Ahora ver\u00e1 la ventana modal Nuevo proceso desde archivo CSV<\/strong>. Luego, arrastre y suelte un archivo CSV preparado o haga clic en el espacio gris para seleccionar un archivo desde su PC.<\/p>\r\n

\"Drag<\/p>\r\n

Hay algunas etapas que debe seguir antes de crear el proceso:<\/p>\r\n

1. Seleccione la columna que contiene los correos electr\u00f3nicos de los usuarios<\/strong> del men\u00fa desplegable;<\/p>\r\n

Nota: seleccione solo la columna con las direcciones de correo electr\u00f3nico de los usuarios para que coincidan con los correos en Zendesk<\/em>. De lo contrario, el proceso fallar\u00e1<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n

2. Haga clic en Configurar el proceso<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n

3. Luego, elija qu\u00e9 acciones se realizar\u00e1n con los datos. Para ello, seleccione Eliminar datos<\/strong> o Anonimizar datos<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n

4. Seleccione el ajuste preestablecido de preferencia del proceso<\/strong> y contin\u00fae haciendo clic en Siguiente<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n

Despu\u00e9s de verificar que haya elegido datos v\u00e1lidos, presione Iniciar proceso<\/strong> y Confirmar<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

\"Start<\/p>\r\n

Ya sabe c\u00f3mo eliminar o anonimizar datos usando un archivo CSV. Esperamos que esto haga su flujo de trabajo m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/p>\r\n
