Evitar el trabajo manual siempre que sea posible es la forma m\u00e1s eficiente de ahorrar tiempo e invertirlo en tareas m\u00e1s importantes. Por eso, al realizar uno de los procesos GDPR en Zendesk<\/strong>, podr\u00edas pensar que deber\u00edan ejecutarse autom\u00e1ticamente. Te ayudaremos a programar la eliminaci\u00f3n o anonimizaci\u00f3n de datos en Zendesk.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

Agregar una nueva automatizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n \r\n

Para comenzar a programar un proceso GDPR, abre la p\u00e1gina GDPR Automation<\/strong> y haz clic en Agregar automatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en la esquina superior derecha. \r\n

\"Add<\/p> Luego, asigna un nombre a la automatizaci\u00f3n, selecciona una lista y define el tipo de proceso. M\u00e1s detalles:<\/p>\r\n \r\n

    \r\n\t
  1. Nombre<\/strong> (obligatorio<\/i>) \u2013 el nombre que aparecer\u00e1 en la p\u00e1gina GDPR Automation<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
  2. Tipo de lista<\/strong> \u2013 hay cinco tipos disponibles: Usuario<\/strong>, Ticket<\/strong>, Organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, Combinado<\/strong> y Usuarios eliminados<\/strong> (usuarios borrados de Zendesk Support pero a\u00fan visibles en el Centro de administraci\u00f3n). Selecciona Usuario<\/strong> si deseas anonimizar o eliminar datos de usuarios.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
  3. Lista<\/strong> (obligatoria<\/i>) \u2013 cambia seg\u00fan el tipo de lista<\/strong>. Si seleccionaste una lista de tickets, se mostrar\u00e1n todas las listas guardadas. Escoge la lista deseada o crea una nueva<\/a> en la pesta\u00f1a Configuraci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
  4. Tipo de proceso<\/strong> \u2013 elige si deseas eliminar o anonimizar datos.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
  5. Configuraci\u00f3n preestablecida de preferencias<\/strong> \u2013 las preferencias del tipo de proceso seleccionado. Mant\u00e9n las predeterminadas o selecciona otra.<\/li>\r\n <\/ol>\r\n \r\n

    \"Automation<\/p> Luego, configura las reglas para ejecutar la automatizaci\u00f3n: inicio, fin y otras opciones.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

    1. Inicia el<\/strong> \u2013 la fecha de inicio de la automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
    2. Repetir cada<\/strong> \u2013 define la frecuencia de ejecuci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la Frecuencia<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
    3. Frecuencia<\/strong> \u2013 puedes elegir Diaria<\/strong>, Semanal<\/strong>, Mensual<\/strong> o Anual<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, si quieres eliminar tickets inactivos cada dos meses, escribe 2<\/i><\/b> en Repetir cada<\/strong> y selecciona Mensual<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
    4. D\u00eda del mes<\/strong> \u2013 indica el n\u00famero del d\u00eda del mes (1\u201331) para ejecutar la automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n \r\n\t
    5. Finaliza<\/strong> \u2013 determina cu\u00e1ndo debe terminar. Puedes elegir una Fecha<\/strong> espec\u00edfica o dejar Nunca<\/strong>. Con la opci\u00f3n Despu\u00e9s de<\/strong> defines cu\u00e1ntas veces se ejecutar\u00e1 antes de finalizar.<\/li>\r\n <\/ol>\r\n \r\n

      Tras completar todos los campos, haz clic en Crear<\/strong> para guardar la automatizaci\u00f3n. \r\n

      Activar una automatizaci\u00f3n creada<\/h2>\r\n \r\n

      Una vez lista la automatizaci\u00f3n, ver\u00e1s varias opciones a la izquierda de la p\u00e1gina GDPR Automations<\/strong>. Los botones permiten editar, ver la lista de procesos, cambiar el estado o eliminar. Como la automatizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 inactiva, haz clic en el tercer bot\u00f3n para activarla y confirma en la ventana emergente. \r\n

      \"Automation<\/p> Desde ahora, la automatizaci\u00f3n eliminar\u00e1 datos de la lista de tickets seleccionada. Puedes detenerla en cualquier momento haciendo clic en Desactivar<\/strong> (el \u00faltimo bot\u00f3n). \r\n
