La premi\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9finir des configurations dans le <strong>Centre d\u2019administration Zendesk<\/strong>. Cette m\u00e9thode permet de restreindre l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019application pour certains r\u00f4les ou groupes d\u2019agents.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cependant, avec la deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode, vous pouvez segmenter l\u2019acc\u00e8s pour chaque agent individuellement. De plus, vous pouvez accorder un acc\u00e8s complet \u00e0 certains de vos coll\u00e8gues. D\u00e9couvrons ces deux m\u00e9thodes en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\r\n<h2 id=\"restrict-access-from-zendesks-configuration-page\" class=\"anchor-link-kb\">Restreindre l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s depuis la page de configuration de Zendesk<\/h2>\r\n<p>Les agents doivent activer l\u2019application \u00e0 partir de leurs profils pour permettre l\u2019utilisation de GDPR Compliance dans Zendesk Support. Pour ce faire, acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 <strong>Centre d\u2019administration &gt; Applications et int\u00e9grations &gt; Applications &gt; Applications Zendesk Support<\/strong>.
