La restriction de l\u2019application<\/strong> dans le Centre d\u2019administration Zendesk<\/strong> permet aux groupes ou aux r\u00f4les d\u2019utiliser l\u2019application. Si un agent ne fait pas partie du groupe d\u00e9fini ou poss\u00e8de un autre r\u00f4le, il ne verra pas l\u2019application dans l\u2019instance Zendesk. Par cons\u00e9quent, ce param\u00e8tre de restriction est utilis\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019abonnement (adapter le prix en fonction du nombre d\u2019agents que vous souhaitez inclure) et d\u00e9finir qui peut se connecter \u00e0 l\u2019application.<\/p>\r\n

\"Restrictions<\/p>\r\n

Le contr\u00f4le d\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/strong> aide \u00e0 diff\u00e9rencier les fonctions ou fonctionnalit\u00e9s de l\u2019application auxquelles un agent peut acc\u00e9der. Cela signifie qu\u2019un agent avec un acc\u00e8s complet<\/strong> peut utiliser toutes les fonctions de l\u2019application (presque comme un administrateur). Un agent avec un acc\u00e8s membre (param\u00e8tres restreints)<\/strong> ne peut pas configurer l\u2019application et n\u2019a acc\u00e8s qu\u2019\u00e0 certaines fonctionnalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n
