Cliquez sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne d\u2019engrenage > Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences du processus > Anonymisation<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la page Gestion des presets d\u2019anonymisation<\/strong>, o\u00f9 vous pouvez cr\u00e9er de nouveaux presets, modifier ceux d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9s ou s\u00e9lectionner votre preset par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\r\n

    Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019anonymisation des tickets<\/h2>\r\n

    Le bloc Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019anonymisation des tickets<\/strong> se compose de trois sections : Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong>, Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des champs de ticket<\/strong> et Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    Si vous devez supprimer les commentaires des tickets, vous pouvez simplement s\u00e9lectionner Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales > Commentaires<\/strong>. Toutefois, vous devez d\u00e9s\u00e9lectionner Commentaires<\/strong> et cocher la case \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des informations sensibles que vous souhaitez anonymiser, telles que le nom du demandeur, toutes les adresses e-mail et les num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. La m\u00eame logique s\u2019applique \u00e0 l\u2019anonymisation du Sujet<\/strong>. Vous pouvez supprimer enti\u00e8rement le sujet du ticket ou s\u00e9lectionner uniquement les donn\u00e9es personnelles sensibles.<\/p>\r\n

    S\u00e9lectionnez \u00e9galement Tags<\/strong> si vous souhaitez anonymiser les tags du ticket et ajouter un tag sp\u00e9cial d\u2019anonymisation. Avec l\u2019application GDPR Compliance, vous pouvez \u00e9galement supprimer les probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9solus ou ferm\u00e9s des tickets incidents pour les anonymiser correctement. La derni\u00e8re option des Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales permet de remplacer le demandeur original par un nom d\u2019utilisateur fictif. Ainsi, si vous avez d\u2019anciens tickets contenant des donn\u00e9es d\u2019un demandeur actif, mais que vous devez les supprimer, il existe un moyen de le faire.<\/p>\r\n

    \"Sujet<\/p>\r\n

    Gardez \u00e0 l\u2019esprit<\/strong> que le processus d\u2019anonymisation supprimera toutes les pi\u00e8ces jointes des tickets afin d\u2019assurer une protection compl\u00e8te des informations personnelles. Si vous avez des fichiers essentiels, veuillez les rattacher apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 l\u2019anonymisation du ticket.<\/div>\r\n

    Ensuite, pour anonymiser les informations dans les champs syst\u00e8me et personnalis\u00e9s des tickets, allez dans Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des champs de ticket<\/strong> et s\u00e9lectionnez les champs n\u00e9cessaires. Vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner Tous les champs<\/strong> pour anonymiser ou choisir des champs sp\u00e9cifiques dans la liste et choisir les conditions : Inclure les champs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s<\/strong> ou Exclure les champs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    La derni\u00e8re section contient un seul choix : Cr\u00e9er une note interne<\/strong>. Lorsque ce param\u00e8tre est activ\u00e9, l\u2019application ajoute un commentaire priv\u00e9 aux tickets anonymis\u00e9s. Cela montre quels \u00e9l\u00e9ments du ticket ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anonymis\u00e9s selon les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences du processus choisies.<\/p>\r\n

    Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019anonymisation des utilisateurs<\/h2>\r\n

    Ce bloc comporte trois sections, par rapport au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Les Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong> permettent de s\u00e9lectionner des \u00e9l\u00e9ments des profils des contacts, tels que Nom, Organisation, Notes, D\u00e9tails et Tags. Il existe \u00e9galement deux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour le plan Premium (Ajouter des tags sp\u00e9cifiques au processus et ID externe).<\/p>\r\n

    Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019identit\u00e9 utilisateur<\/strong> permettent d\u2019anonymiser les informations permettant d\u2019identifier une personne, telles que Email, T\u00e9l\u00e9phone, r\u00e9seaux sociaux et Autres.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
