Les donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es dans l\u2019application GDPR Compliance \u00e0 partir d\u2019un fichier CSV. Elle permet soit de supprimer<\/a>, soit d\u2019anonymiser<\/a> des informations importantes des utilisateurs dans Zendesk en extrayant les donn\u00e9es de votre fichier CSV.<\/p>

Si vous souhaitez essayer cette m\u00e9thode pour traiter les donn\u00e9es, suivez les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous.<\/p>

Importer un fichier CSV pour supprimer ou anonymiser des donn\u00e9es<\/h2>

Tout d\u2019abord, acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 la page Contact Views<\/strong> et cliquez sur le bouton Importer un fichier CSV<\/strong>.<\/p>

\"CSV<\/p>

Vous verrez alors la fen\u00eatre modale Nouveau processus \u00e0 partir du fichier CSV<\/strong>. Ensuite, glissez et d\u00e9posez un fichier CSV pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ou cliquez sur la zone grise pour s\u00e9lectionner un fichier depuis votre PC.<\/p>

\"Drag<\/p>

Voici les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre avant de cr\u00e9er le processus :<\/p>

1. S\u00e9lectionnez la colonne contenant les e-mails des utilisateurs<\/strong> dans la liste d\u00e9roulante ;<\/p>

Remarque : s\u00e9lectionnez uniquement la colonne avec les adresses e-mail des utilisateurs afin de faire correspondre les e-mails dans Zendesk<\/em>. Sinon, le processus \u00e9chouera<\/em>.<\/p>

2. Cliquez sur Configurer le processus<\/strong> ;<\/p>

3. Ensuite, choisissez les actions \u00e0 effectuer sur les donn\u00e9es. Pour cela, s\u00e9lectionnez Supprimer les donn\u00e9es<\/strong> ou Anonymiser les donn\u00e9es<\/strong> ;<\/p>

\"GDPR<\/p>

4. S\u00e9lectionnez le pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence du processus<\/strong> et continuez en cliquant sur Suivant<\/strong> ;<\/p>

\"Preferences<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que vous avez choisi les bonnes donn\u00e9es, cliquez sur D\u00e9marrer le processus<\/strong> puis sur Confirmer<\/strong>.<\/p>

\"Start<\/p>

Vous savez maintenant comment supprimer ou anonymiser des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fichier CSV. Nous esp\u00e9rons que cela rendra votre flux de travail plus efficace.<\/p>

D\u2019ailleurs, vous pouvez \u00e9galement masquer les pi\u00e8ces jointes des tickets \u00e0 partir d\u2019un fichier CSV de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Il suffit d\u2019importer le fichier CSV comme d\u00e9crit pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment et de s\u00e9lectionner l\u2019option Masquer les pi\u00e8ces jointes des tickets<\/strong>.<\/p>

Ensuite, s\u00e9lectionnez Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences enregistr\u00e9es<\/strong> ou modifiez-les et poursuivez le processus.<\/p>
