Refuser le travail manuel lorsque cela est possible est le moyen le plus efficace d\u2019\u00e9conomiser du temps et de l\u2019investir dans des t\u00e2ches plus importantes. Ainsi, lorsque vous effectuez l\u2019un des processus RGPD dans Zendesk<\/strong>, vous pouvez penser que ces op\u00e9rations devraient \u00eatre trait\u00e9es automatiquement. Nous allons donc vous aider \u00e0 planifier la suppression ou l\u2019anonymisation des donn\u00e9es dans Zendesk.<\/p>

Ajouter une nouvelle automatisation<\/h2>

Pour commencer \u00e0 planifier un processus RGPD, ouvrez la page GDPR Automation<\/strong> et cliquez sur Ajouter une automatisation<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit.

\"Add<\/p> Ensuite, nommez l\u2019automatisation, s\u00e9lectionnez une liste \u00e0 traiter et d\u00e9finissez le type de processus. Plus de d\u00e9tails sur chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment :<\/p>

  1. Nom<\/strong> (obligatoire<\/i>) \u2013 le nom de l\u2019automatisation qui appara\u00eetra sur la page GDPR Automation<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Type de liste<\/strong> \u2013 cinq types de listes sont disponibles : Utilisateur<\/strong>, Ticket<\/strong>, Organisation<\/strong>, Combin\u00e9<\/strong> et Utilisateurs supprim\u00e9s<\/strong> (les utilisateurs supprim\u00e9s de Zendesk Support mais toujours trouvables dans le Centre d\u2019administration). S\u00e9lectionnez Utilisateur<\/strong> si vous souhaitez anonymiser ou supprimer les donn\u00e9es des utilisateurs.<\/li>
  3. Liste<\/strong> (obligatoire<\/i>) \u2013 change selon le type de liste<\/strong> s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9. Si vous avez choisi un type de liste de tickets, toutes les listes de tickets enregistr\u00e9es dans l\u2019application s\u2019afficheront. S\u00e9lectionnez celle avec laquelle vous souhaitez travailler ou cr\u00e9ez-en une nouvelle<\/a> avec les conditions n\u00e9cessaires dans l\u2019onglet Param\u00e8tres<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Type de processus<\/strong> \u2013 choisissez les actions \u00e0 appliquer : suppression ou anonymisation des donn\u00e9es.<\/li>
  5. Pr\u00e9configuration des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences du processus<\/strong> \u2013 les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences associ\u00e9es au type de processus choisi. Laissez les valeurs par d\u00e9faut ou s\u00e9lectionnez un pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li> <\/ol>

    \"Automation<\/p> Ensuite, il faut d\u00e9finir les r\u00e8gles de d\u00e9clenchement de l\u2019automatisation : quand elle commence, se termine et d\u2019autres param\u00e8tres.<\/p>

    1. Commence le<\/strong> \u2013 la date \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019automatisation d\u00e9marre.<\/li>
    2. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter tous les<\/strong> \u2013 d\u00e9finit la fr\u00e9quence d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du processus selon la Fr\u00e9quence<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Fr\u00e9quence<\/strong> \u2013 permet de choisir la p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 : Quotidienne<\/strong>, Hebdomadaire<\/strong>, Mensuelle<\/strong> ou Annuelle<\/strong>. Par exemple, pour supprimer les tickets inactifs tous les deux mois, indiquez 2<\/i><\/b> dans R\u00e9p\u00e9ter tous les<\/strong> et choisissez Mensuelle<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Jour du mois<\/strong> \u2013 indiquez le jour du mois (1\u201331) pour ex\u00e9cuter l\u2019automatisation.<\/li>
    5. Fin<\/strong> \u2013 choisissez quand arr\u00eater l\u2019automatisation. S\u00e9lectionnez une Date<\/strong> sp\u00e9cifique ou laissez \u00ab Jamais<\/strong> \u00bb. Avec la condition Apr\u00e8s<\/strong>, vous pouvez d\u00e9finir combien de fois l\u2019automatisation doit s\u2019ex\u00e9cuter avant de s\u2019arr\u00eater.<\/li> <\/ol>

      Apr\u00e8s avoir rempli tous les champs, cliquez sur Cr\u00e9er<\/strong> pour enregistrer la nouvelle automatisation.

      Activer une automatisation cr\u00e9\u00e9e<\/h2>

      Une fois l\u2019automatisation pr\u00eate, plusieurs options apparaissent \u00e0 gauche de la page GDPR Automations<\/strong>. Ces boutons permettent de modifier, consulter la liste des processus, changer le statut ou supprimer l\u2019automatisation. Comme notre automatisation est inactive, cliquez sur le troisi\u00e8me bouton pour l\u2019activer et confirmez dans la fen\u00eatre modale.

      \"Automation<\/p> D\u00e8s lors, l\u2019automatisation supprimera les donn\u00e9es de la liste de tickets s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e. Vous pouvez aussi la d\u00e9sactiver \u00e0 tout moment via le bouton D\u00e9sactiver<\/strong> (le dernier du panneau).
