Clique no \u00edcone de engrenagem > Prefer\u00eancias do processo > Anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> para acessar a p\u00e1gina Gerenciamento de Predefini\u00e7\u00f5es de Anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, onde voc\u00ea pode criar novas predefini\u00e7\u00f5es, editar predefini\u00e7\u00f5es existentes ou selecionar sua predefini\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n

    Prefer\u00eancias de anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tickets<\/h2>\r\n

    O bloco de Prefer\u00eancias de anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tickets<\/strong> consiste em tr\u00eas se\u00e7\u00f5es: Prefer\u00eancias gerais<\/strong>, Prefer\u00eancias de campos do ticket<\/strong> e Prefer\u00eancias adicionais<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    Se voc\u00ea precisar remover coment\u00e1rios dos tickets, basta selecionar Prefer\u00eancias gerais > Coment\u00e1rios<\/strong>. No entanto, desmarque Coment\u00e1rios<\/strong> e marque a caixa ao lado das informa\u00e7\u00f5es sens\u00edveis que deseja anonimizar, como nome do solicitante, todos os endere\u00e7os de e-mail e n\u00fameros de telefone. O mesmo vale para a anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Assunto<\/strong>. Voc\u00ea pode remover completamente o assunto do ticket ou selecionar apenas os dados pessoais sens\u00edveis.<\/p>\r\n

    Tamb\u00e9m selecione Tags<\/strong> se quiser anonimizar as tags do ticket e adicionar uma tag especial de anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o app GDPR Compliance, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode remover problemas resolvidos ou fechados de tickets de incidentes para anonimizar corretamente. A \u00faltima op\u00e7\u00e3o em Prefer\u00eancias gerais \u00e9 a possibilidade de substituir o solicitante original por um nome de usu\u00e1rio fict\u00edcio. Assim, se voc\u00ea tiver tickets antigos com dados de um solicitante ativo que precisam ser removidos, h\u00e1 uma maneira de lidar com isso.<\/p>\r\n

    \"Assunto<\/p>\r\n

    Lembre-se<\/strong> de que o processo de anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o remover\u00e1 todos os anexos do ticket para garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o completa das informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais. Se houver arquivos importantes, reanexe-os ap\u00f3s concluir a anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do ticket.<\/div>\r\n

    Este bloco possui tr\u00eas se\u00e7\u00f5es em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o anterior. As Prefer\u00eancias gerais<\/strong> permitem selecionar itens dos perfis de contatos, como Nome, Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, Notas, Detalhes e Tags. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 duas prefer\u00eancias para o plano Premium (Adicionar Tags espec\u00edficas do processo e ID externa).<\/p>\r\n

    Prefer\u00eancias de identidade do usu\u00e1rio<\/strong> ajudam a anonimizar informa\u00e7\u00f5es que podem ser usadas para identificar um indiv\u00edduo, como E-mail, N\u00famero de telefone, Redes sociais e Outros.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
