Evitar o trabalho manual sempre que poss\u00edvel \u00e9 a forma mais eficiente de economizar tempo e investir esse tempo em tarefas mais importantes. Portanto, ao realizar um dos processos de GDPR no Zendesk<\/strong>, voc\u00ea pode pensar que essas opera\u00e7\u00f5es deveriam ser processadas automaticamente. Assim, vamos ajud\u00e1-lo a agendar a exclus\u00e3o ou anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados no Zendesk.<\/p>

Adicionar uma nova automa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>

Para come\u00e7ar a programar um processo de GDPR, abra a p\u00e1gina GDPR Automation<\/strong> e clique em Adicionar automa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> no canto superior direito. \r\n

\"Add<\/p>\r\nEm seguida, d\u00ea um nome \u00e0 automa\u00e7\u00e3o, selecione uma lista que voc\u00ea deseja processar e defina o tipo de processo. Mais detalhes sobre cada item:<\/p>

  1. Nome<\/strong> (obrigat\u00f3rio<\/i>) \u2013 o nome da automa\u00e7\u00e3o que ser\u00e1 exibido na p\u00e1gina GDPR Automation<\/strong>.<\/li>

Tipo de lista<\/strong> \u2013 h\u00e1 cinco tipos de listas dispon\u00edveis: Usu\u00e1rio<\/strong>, Ticket<\/strong>, Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, Combinada<\/strong> e Usu\u00e1rios Exclu\u00eddos<\/strong> (usu\u00e1rios que foram exclu\u00eddos do Zendesk Support, mas ainda podem ser encontrados no Admin Center).   4. Tipo de processo<\/strong> \u2013 escolha quais a\u00e7\u00f5es voc\u00ea deseja aplicar. Assim, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel excluir ou anonimizar os dados.<\/li>
  5. Pr\u00e9-configura\u00e7\u00e3o de prefer\u00eancias do processo<\/strong> \u2013 as prefer\u00eancias para o tipo de processo escolhido. Mantenha as prefer\u00eancias padr\u00e3o ou escolha a pr\u00e9-configura\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria.<\/li> <\/ol> \r\n
