1. Click the icon on the left-side menu of Zendesk to pass the authorization inside the CRM and Deals app.
2. Go to “Deals” tab and create a new Pipeline. Then, create stages and a new deal inside your pipeline. Next, move your deal through the stages and throw it to “Won” or “Lost”. Finally, go to the “Reports” tab and check the charts. The app works correctly if your deals are shown by charts.
