How to Delete Users from Inactive Zendesk Organizations - GDPR Compliance App
Inactive organizations in Zendesk often contain users who are no longer needed, creating clutter and increasing GDPR risks. With GrowthDot’s GDPR Compliance app, you can quickly find and remove these users to keep your account organized and compliant. Here's how:
- Tag inactive organizations in Zendesk (for example, with “inactive”).
- Go to Combined Lists → Automatic options in the app and select Users within organizations with specific tags.
- Enter your tag in the right-hand panel and click Load the list to see all users in inactive organizations.
- Click Process GDPR Request → Delete Data, and make sure Delete users is enabled to complete the cleanup.
