How long will it take?
We can’t tell the exact time, because it depends on the complexity of each case. Our manager will ask you questions about the desirable view, functionality, and terms to understand the scope of the work. They will then be able to provide an approximate time it will take to complete your order.
How are the changes deployed?
We produce a demo version of Help Center, so you can use the preview mode with your existing content. The changes are visible to you and can be checked before publishing. The whole process of publishing and installation won’t take much time at all. You save changes and publish them immediately. Also, we can install our available themes for free.
Can it be purchased later?
Of course, you can buy it later if you wish.
Can my existing theme be customized?
We customize your existing themes even if they were created by other developers. They can change your present theme and test it properly after discuss and approve the exact changes that have to be made. You can contact us and tell us all your preferences and we can tell you the terms, conditions, and price.
Can I customize a theme on my own?
You can try if you have an appropriate level of experience with Zendesk and web development. We offer pre-made Zendesk Themes that include editable files and can be customized depending on your needs. Take note that future updates and support won’t be installed automatically in such instances.
