How Long Does the App Keep Tracking Sent Emails?
The Email Tracking app has some limitations regarding the period used to track emails. As our application has two plans – LITE and PRO, there are also two levels of tracking availability.
- Lite - 10 days of tracking
- Pro - 30 days of tracking
It means that during the first 10 or 30 days after you send an email (depending on the plan you've selected), the app will inform you whether it was opened or not. You won’t get an internal note when this time passes, even if the recipient opened an email on the 11th or 31st day since it was sent.
