  • Regulate access

    Prevent tickets from being merged accidentally. Define people who can merge tickets. Restrict which tickets can be merged (e.g., only if the requester matches, or only if certain tags/status are present)

  • Undo Merged tickets

    Identify the primary and secondary (merged) ticket IDs. Retrieve merged tickets and recreate them with all original data.

  • Set Post-undo notifications and notes

    Use public comments and internal notes to identify original and merged tickets, and notify agents or end-users accordingly.
