How to purchase the GDPR Compliance app

Once your free trial of the GDPR Compliance app ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue managing customer data and staying compliant with data protection regulations. Follow these steps to purchase the app:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Subscription

Open the GDPR Compliance app in Zendesk Support, navigate to Settings, and select Subscription on the sidebar.

Step 2. Choose the plan

Select the plan that best suits your needs, then click Subscribe. You can choose to pay Monthly or Annually, depending on your preference.

Step 3. Provide contact details

A new window will appear. On the left, you'll see the total payment amount. On the right, enter your country and postal code. You can also update your email address, but keep in mind that a confirmation will be sent to this address.

Once done, click Continue.

Step 4. Select the payment method

Then, select your preferred payment method — Credit/Debit Card or PayPal — and provide the required information. Remember that this method will also be used for future payments.

Step 5. Finalize the purchase

Please double-check all your payment details, then click Subscribe Now to complete the process.
