How to whitelist an IP address in Zendesk

If you have IP restrictions enabled, then our apps will not be able to connect to your Zendesk and therefore operate. To fix this you can either disable IP restrictions or whitelist our IP address to be able to use our apps.

You need to be logged in as an Administrator to be able to change the below settings.

Here's what you need to do to whitelist the IP address:

1. In your Zendesk Support select Settings > Security > Global. Follow the link that says Manage security settings in Admin Center.

2. In the tab that's opened select Account > Advanced > IP restrictions. Then, put the checkmark in the front of Enable IP restrictions block.

3. Next, in Allowed IP ranges, input the IP address you need to whitelist: If you have multiple IPs in this field, separate them with a space.

4. Save settings when you're done.
