Quick Guide

1. Create presets:

Go to Settings > Process Preferences > Anonymization. Check the data you want to anonymize and save your preset.

2. Anonymize data via:

  • Ticket (from the sidebar app panel)
  • User profile (click “Process the User”)
  • User/ticket lists (bulk processing from List View)

3. Track results:

Processed items are tagged so you can easily find them later.
