CRM and Deals Update - New Deal Management View

CRM for Zendesk deal view was updated for a fast and convenient management process.

CRM and Deals was designed by GrowthDot as an alternative to the complex sales integrations. The purpose of the app is to offer better sales management functions with an intuitive interface. It is also available as a freemium, so it’s affordable for smaller teams. Sales and deal management is the primary function of the CRM and Deals application, so we decided to make this page as convenient as possible.

From now on, the deal management view will be displayed in a modal window. Thus, you will be able to view and adjust details about your deals without having to leave the page. Managing sales prospects has now become even easier.

Deal Management view Now, let’s have a short overview of how you can manage your deals now.

Updated deal management page

At the top of the page, you can see deal's name, it's value, and owners. Also, you can see all the stages this very deal can go through, as well as check its current stage and estimated or closed time.

In the top right corner, there are three buttons. Click them to change the deal status to archived, lost, or won. In case this deal is already resolved, you can also reopen it if needed.

Deal management stagesOn the left side of the window, there are deal details that you can fill out depending on the custom fields available in CRM and Deals. Here you can also see the person and the company set as related to this deal.

Deal detailsIn the center, you can create replies to the tickets linked to this deal or see the history of the previous replies. When creating a ticket, there is a text editor and macros available, so that the process is the same as in Zendesk. Similarly, in the events tab, you can view the history of actions done in regards to this deal and add some private comments.

Follow deal events historyYou can resolve the same deal in terms of more than one ticket. That’s why the plugin will display all tickets linked to the deal on the right side of the window. Just click on the necessary ticket to open it on the new page and find the needed information.

And in the block below it, you can set reminders and add notes to them so that all agents connected to the deal will remember vital information.
