‘Created At’ and ‘Updated At’ fields as list conditions explained

In Zendesk, the ‘Created At’ and ‘Updated At’ fields are essential for understanding when a ticket or user was created and last updated. These fields are commonly used as list conditions to help filter and manage your tickets and users efficiently.

List Conditions Created Updated At

Here’s where you can find these fields and how they are used:

For Tickets:

  • ‘Created At’: This field refers to the timestamp of the first event that created the ticket. It is located in the ticket details view. You can use this field as a list condition to filter tickets by their creation date.
  • ‘Updated At’: This field represents the timestamp of the most recent event that modified the ticket. It’s also found in the ticket details view and can be used as a list condition to filter tickets by their last updated date.

You can access these fields directly within the Zendesk interface on each ticket.

Created Updated At Ticket Fields

For Users:

In the user profile, you can find the ‘Created At’ and ‘Updated At’ dates under the custom fields section below other user information. Zendesk provides these timestamps, reflecting when the user was created and when their profile was last updated.
