Does the GDPR Compliance app have a whitelist option?

The GDPR Compliance app does not have a traditional whitelist.

Instead, it automatically excludes agents (Zendesk support team members) from anonymization. This means that agents’ accounts are not anonymized, though their tickets and interactions involving customer data can still be anonymized.

Since there is no whitelist feature, there is also no separate list of whitelisted users. The app automatically excludes agents, requiring no additional settings or lists.
