Branding is a fast and inexpensive way to pump up your Help Center’s view. It can look like the native part of your website. Check out the details.
What is included?
It includes elemental changes. That means color changes of elements: icons, images, panels, usage of your logo, and font. You just need to deliver all these colors, icons, images, and fonts to us. We can take it from your site, email letter, or from your brand book.
If you need wide changes, we can propose you try our Customization service.
What is not included?
Functionality customizations and layout changes are not included according to the standard Branding.
How much will it cost?
We estimate the volume of work and tell you the price, it can be variable and depends on the terms and complexity of work.
How long will it take?
The branding of the theme takes from 2 to 10 business days. Before going live, we’ll create a demonstration model of your branded help center, so you could provide your feedback. Once you’re satisfied with the final look of the theme, we will install it on your Zendesk Guide for free.
How are the changes deployed?
After you bought the Branding service, you should send your icons, images, panels, logo, etc. We’ll confirm all the details when receiving the email from you. As soon as we receive your brand assets, we’ll produce a demo version of your branded Help Center, so you can view it with the existing content. All the changes will be visible to you and can be checked before publishing. The whole process of publishing will take few minutes. You just have to save the changes and publish them immediately. Also, we can install the theme for free.
Can it be purchased later?
Yes, no problem. You can also purchase the customization to tweak the theme even more and meet your needs better. Leave us a message with your requirements and we will get back to you.
