Free Installation Service FAQ

If you have some questions about the installation of Zendesk themes, you can read responses to the common questions here.

What is included in the free installation service?

We offer a free installation of a particular Help Center template, including the home page layout setup and adding customized icons.

What is not included?

We don’t include any changes in the templates. If you want to customize your Help Center theme use Customization or Branding services.

How much will it cost?

Currently, it is free of charge.

How long will it take?

The whole process usually takes from 12 to 48 hours. It depends on the rapidity of communication between our staff and yours, time of gathering and sharing available data(passwords, usernames).

How is the new theme deployed?

After you purchase a theme with our service, our developers will request access credentials (URL, login, and password). We also need admin rights to implement any changes to your Help Center.

Note: We guarantee the safety of your private data. We ask you access to your profile only because otherwise, we won’t be able to install the theme. However, you shouldn’t be concerned about it. We cherish our clients and follow this Security policy.

After the installation theme you’ve selected, you can test your Help Center in preview mode with your existing content. The changes are visible to you and can be checked before publishing. The whole process of publishing and installation won’t take much time at all.

Can it be purchased later?

Of course, you can buy it later as you wish.

Can I install a theme on my own?

Sure. You can use our Usage Guide to install any of our Zendesk Themes if you want to do it yourself. Besides, you can fill the form or contact us at [email protected] and get free support at any stage of installation.
