How to allow contacts to unsubscribe from the campaign created in Proactive Campaigns

We know you expected this update so in this article we’ll show how to turn on and off the ability to unsubscribe to your recipients. Besides, this option must be included in your emails due to international laws and GDPR protocols or the CAN-SPAM act. It was important for the GrowthDot team to add such an option as most of our clients use Proactive Campaigns for mass mailing. After activating this option, your clients will see the additional text with the unsubscription proposal.

To add the unsubscribe link to emails sent via Proactive Campaigns, go to Settings tab -> General -> move the “Allow unsubscribe” toggle as shown below.

After you enable this action, the customer will see the following line at the bottom of your emails:

The receiver can click a link and unsubscribe from your campaign at any time. So, your marketing efforts will seem legal and unobtrusive in customers’ eyes. And that’s it!
