I’ve got no receipt when my customer read the email. Why?

In order to identify if the email was opened or not, the Email Tracking app sends a pixel as a trigger. In certain situations, this trigger will not work. To be more specific, this may happen if:
- HTML is disabled in the emailing system that your client uses or it blocks any images by default.
- Certain email clients don’t allow showing images automatically and ask the users if they want to see it. Possibly, your customer simply didn’t allow displaying this image.
