I’ve got no receipt when my customer read the email. Why?

In order to identify if the email was opened or not, the Email Tracking app sends a pixel as a trigger. In certain situations, this trigger will not work. To be more specific, this may happen if:

  1. HTML is disabled in the emailing system that your client uses or it blocks any images by default.
  2. Certain email clients don’t allow showing images automatically and ask the users if they want to see it. Possibly, your customer simply didn’t allow displaying this image.
