Why do you need to read/ write all user data?

When setting up Email Tracking for Freshdesk, you will have to grant the app with permissions to read/write all user data. It is required so that the application will be capable of performing such operations:
- Updating custom fields (Seen).
- Creating respective internal notes when the customer opens an email.
- Checking your timezone in order to set the correct time to notes.
- Establishing the current number of agents before billing, to revise the cost of your subscription.
All these actions are only possible to do with the required read/write user data permissions.
