Will I get charged for light agents?

No, you will not. Though light agents can use any installed apps within Support, we do not consider them since light agents don’t have the permission to reply to tickets. Therefore, they wouldn’t be able to leverage the Email Tracking app.

Note that light agents can view read receipts in tickets they have access to.

Email Tracking charges $2 per month (free 7-day trial included) for each active Zendesk agent. If you have role or group restrictions enabled, then the app will charge only for agents that have access to the Email Tracking app.
