                    Do you track repeated email opens?

                            We keep track of all email opens, however, we do not update the read receipt or create new notes every time the email is opened.
Let’s say you sent a text instruction and a customer has to re-open the email multiple times. Email Tracker will only create a note for when the email was first opened. Thus avoiding unnecessary private notes.
