How to Launch Processes Without Admin Rights in GDPR Compliance
Might be situations when agents in Zendesk cannot run GDPR processes and need to wait a long time for admin approvement.
However, here is a solution on how to optimize this workflow.
To make such settings, open the Settings tab in the app and ensure you are in the General section. On the General Settings page, select those employees you need to have admin rights in GDPR Compliance and perform on the agent’s behalf. By the way, agents with advanced permissions also can view full statistics on the Reports page.
