What are Blacklisted IPs and why do I need them?

The Email Tracking app provides an option that allows the agent’s IP address to be blacklisted. Normally you do not need to have agent IPs blacklisted. However, if somehow they can receive an email with a tracking element, agents are allowed to blacklist their IPs on their own (For ex., when an agent should be added to a ticket as a CCs). To do so, open Settings > Manage blacklisted IP’s.
In the modal window opened, you can:
- Make your IP blacklisted;
- Delete unnecessary IPs from the list;
- Change the caption of the existing IP.
Besides, after the app installation, you probably want to test how it works. The easiest way is to create a Demo ticket as shown below in the screenshot below.
