Why do you need to read/write all user data?

The Email Tracking application executes a number of activities that require to read/write data. To be more specific, we:

  1. Update custom fields (Seen).
  2. Create an internal note when the customer opens your message.
  3. Determine your timezone to make sure notes have the correct time set to them.
  4. Check the number of agents before the billing period to update the cost of your subscription.

These are all actions that Email Tracking does with the permissions that you grant it.
