I can’t check the statistics for campaigns in the Email Tracking app. Why?

Many of our clients have installed both Email Tracking and Proactive Campaigns to be able to track the performance of their campaigns, after the recent update. However, they wonder why they can’t check the charts for campaigns that were run, for instance, 1 or 2 years ago.

So formerly, you couldn’t track the stats for campaigns and this option became available only in June 2021. Consequently, campaigns started being tracked only after an update due to technical reasons.

This means you can track the campaigns created only from mid-June 2021.
