On March 1st, GrowthDot will stop providing support for the Free version of Proactive Campaigns for Zendesk.
We, GrowthDot, created Proactive Campaigns for Zendesk a few years ago, and since then, hundreds of users have had a chance to send out mass email follow-ups for free. That’s because Proactive Campaigns has always been available in two options - the Free plan and the Pro plan.
But today, we are sorry to announce that due to several reasons, we found it more sensible to close the freemium plan and only offer a full set of mass emailing features to all of the Proactive Campaigns users. To be more particular, we will no longer support Proactive Campaigns Free, and this version will be shut down completely on March 1st, 2021.
What if I am using a free Proactive Campaigns plan at the moment?
We have hundreds of free plan users, so naturally, we thought of the solution for them. Due to this change, all users that have a Free plan will be automatically transferred to a Pro plan on February 15th, 2021. They will have two weeks to test the Pro version of Proactive Campaigns completely free of charge. Afterward, on March 1st, 2021, they will have to decide if they want to continue using the plugin for a small fee of 5$ per agent per month or refuse the offer.
