GDPR Compliance has already proved its reliability in managing user’s data. We, however, still decided to make it even more convenient. The Reports page in our other plugin, Email Tracking, has become a rather functional tool according to clients’ insights and numerous positive feedbacks. That’s why we added a reports page to GDPR Compliance for Zendesk. So, from now on, you can check the total amount of deleted, retrieved, and anonymized ticket and contact data. Now, let’s take a closer look at it for your better understanding.
Description of Reports page in GDPR Compliance
You can find the Reports page in GDPR Compliance above the Settings icon and check the statistics right away. There’s a chart with data to show all processes. It is a great way to visualize and present the statistics of retrieved, deleted, and anonymized data from tickets and contacts, and keep the process under control.
Each action is marked with a specific color. In addition, the app enables you to sort the data by separate groups, agents, and dates. To do this choose the group in “Filter by Group” or an agent from this group in “Filter by Agent”.

As in CRM and Deals or Email Tracking you can choose not only pre-determined time periods but exact dates to view the report for. Be it annual or daily stats, GDPR Compliance can do it all! To choose a time filter click “Filter Dates” and select the Start and End date.
